  • First get approval from your Healthcare professional.
  • Drop your Wedge in an open area, with enough room to fully squat.
  • Place your heels a comfortable distance apart on the platform, slowly lower yourself into a deep squat keeping your back straight. At the bottom,  squeeze your pelvic floor muscles 3-4 times, slowly raise yourself while tightening stomach muscles, at the top make sure and stand erect while reaching overhead with both arms , squeeze your gluteus muscles 3-4 times. Repeat process 10 times. Simple!

Hint: If just starting and need “guardrails” place your Wedge in a doorway, where you can reach both sides of the frame for any support you might need.
